Acquire return type breaks callers

browserPools.acquire now resolves to BrowserPoolAcquireResponse | null. This ships in minor 0.124.0 as a bug fix, with no BREAKING CHANGE marker. Strict TypeScript callers that read fields on the result no longer typecheck.

Overview
Release 0.124.0 bumps the package and changelog for new API surface and a small client fix.
Vault (Kernel Visa) adds two item operations:
confirm_transaction(report observed merchant outcomes with amount, currency, status, type, and timestamp) andrestart_verification(fresh local verification when the API advertises it). Types andperformOperationunions are updated;recovery_requireddocs now describe attestation failures and when restart is allowed.
